I am Rafic Ashkar. Serving food is the personal expression of the cultural influences I have experienced during my travels all over the world. I am university educated and have a full appreciation of the essential link between food and entertainment in all cultures. I have had a lot of experience in the restaurant business. From Saudi Arabia, to Dallas, Texas, and to Ottawa, Canada, I have served a large variety of menus including Middle Eastern, Canadian and Mexican.
